Travel Team Tryouts for Fall 2022
The tryout fee is only refunded if the child is not placed on a team by the BYSA staff.
Notice: Fees will be increasing slightly this year so that we may stay current with rising costs related to coaches and town and state fees.

U15(2008)- Fall Only- no tryouts needed but YOU MUST REGISTER to be placed on a team
U8 Information
We are offering an opportunity for any player born in 2015 to try out for the U9 fall travel program. *This means they would be playing with 8-year-olds. They would play in this U9 age group twice; players will not be allowed to play “up” in subsequent seasons.
When: June 6 and June 12- both dates strongly recommended- see below
Where: TBA- in town
Cost: no fee to tryout for 2015 YOB only- If your child is placed on a U9 team, the full registration fee will be due in two installments- uniform is extra(about $100)
Fall-Only- 2 practices/week and games vary between Saturday and Sundays
U8 players(2015) must do Fall-Only- not eligible for Year-RoundFall-only players will have to register and pay separately for winter and spring options**All travel players are required to play in the House league as well
Season runs end of August through the Barrington Invitational Tournament(BIT) November 5-6
Fee payable in two installments once placed on a team- see Fall-Only option below for team details
U8(2015) players will play in the u9 age group for 2 consecutive years- we do not allow players to play up an age group

U9-U15 Information
Who: Any 2009-2014(u9-u14) YOB players interested in travel soccer- Players MUST try out. We strongly encourage players to attend BOTH tryout sessions.
When: see the chart for dates and times; each age group has two dates- attendance strongly recommended for both
